By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
NPT Limousine provides professional ground transportation, including airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, and personal chauffeur services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
All reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email. A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.
Please verify all booking details before confirmation.
NPT Limousine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if payment fails, incorrect information is provided, or misuse is suspected.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of pickup and drop-off information.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, and gratuities unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or route changes.
Final payment must be made before or at the time of service completion.
We understand plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a full charge.
No-shows (failure to appear at pickup location without notice) will be charged the full fare.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days.
NPT Limousine is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strive to provide timely service and, in case of unforeseen issues, will offer a replacement vehicle or full refund when possible.
For everyone’s safety and comfort:
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in repair or cleaning charges.
The chauffeur has the right to terminate the ride if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
While we take every measure to ensure safe and reliable service, NPT Limousine shall not be held liable for:
Lost or damaged personal belongings.
Delays due to events beyond our control (traffic, accidents, road closures).
Missed flights or appointments resulting from such delays.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the cost of the original reservation.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from NPT Limousine for booking confirmations, service updates, and trip-related notifications.
You can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

We use RingCentral and other compliant messaging services following TCPA standards.
